I am a licensed and board-certified creative arts therapist with over a decade of experience providing individual and group therapy to those most in need.

Taking the steps to find the right therapist can be a journey. Although it can be intimidating, you have taken the courageous step to put yourself first and focus on what’s best for you. I have experience working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and many other life challenges. Therapy takes work and accountability. We will use that time to develop insight, identify positive coping skills and build understanding and awareness. My theoretical approach is person-centered and holistic allowing you to take the lead in your wellness.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right words to express what we’re going through. Art therapy may be beneficial. Through the creative process you are able to utilize a variety of materials to express internal thoughts. Don’t worry, no prior art skills are required.

I believe in creating a safe, non judgmental and supportive environment where we will work together to expand on self-exploration and expression. Whether you choose traditional verbal/talk therapy, art therapy or a combination of both, each session is tailored to your preference and goals. This is your time to be heard, improve self-awareness and build empowerment.
